Why would you choose a radiator cabinet? It?s a question which reveals a great deal about you, and how you view your home. There is no disguising the fact that stunning bespoke cabinets can add a great deal of visual appeal and elegance to a room, whether that is an old-fashioned traditional country cottage, or a brand-new city centre apartment.

Few people would agree with the idea that plain central heating radiators are attractive or positive feature in a room. But when it comes to actually selecting a bespoke wooden radiator cover there are so many different factors to bear in mind that often it reveals a good deal about an individual as to which is the main reason for choosing a bespoke cabinet in the first place.

For example, for some people the overriding priority is to add to the style and visual appeal of their room, adding perhaps a central feature which will draw the eye, but without being overly dominant. In order to achieve this it is important to choose a bespoke radiator cabinet of the right style.

Dark wood cabinets are ideal for larger rooms, or rooms decorated in a darker style. For modern apartments and houses which may be decorated in a contemporary style then wooden covers in white or cream are often the ideal choice. It is always important of course to consider the style and design as well as the colour, and this ought to include the pattern used in the grill at the front.

But some people are less interested in adding to the room and more interested in taking away. Specifically, the radiator. Clearly it is not appropriate or recommended to simply remove all the radiators from a property, unless of course you?re intending on adding in underfloor heating or an open fireplace in every room.

But since you are often stuck with radiators, and changing them for more stylish ones can be fearfully expensive, a much quicker, simpler and more affordable solution is to look at the range of stunning bespoke cabinets available. By covering up a radiator you are effectively removing something which does not look elegant or appealing at all.

Still others are looking at a more practical advantage, in terms of heating efficiency. There is a great deal of evidence which demonstrates that purchasing bespoke radiator cabinets can significantly lower your heating bill. This is because instead of allowing most of the heat to escape upwards towards the ceiling, it is trapped close to the radiator and then forced out through the grill at the front of the cabinet and into the room.

But here again people differ in their motivation, either thinking predominantly of the fact that they will be saving a significant sum of money, and ultimately recouping the cost of their bespoke cabinet, or of the fact that they will be able to lower the amount of fuel they use, helping in some way to be a little greener and more environmentally friendly.

So if you?re looking at purchasing an elegance bespoke radiator cabinet, ask yourself what your main motivation is, and what that might say about you and about your home.

CAIRO (AP) ? Before embarking on his first visit to the United States since becoming Egypt's first freely elected president, Mohammed Morsi says Washington in the past earned ill will in the Middle East by backing dictators but now he envisions the two countries being "real friends."

Morsi is heading to New York early Monday to attend the U.N. General Assembly meeting. In an interview with the New York Times published Saturday, he also said that the United States should not judge Egypt by its own standards ? an apparent reaction to resentment in the Muslim country against an anti-Islam video produced in the United States.

It was his first interview with a U.S. publication since becoming president in the aftermath of the 2011 overthrow of Washington's key strategic ally, Hosni Mubarak.

Motorola delays or cancels Android 4.0 update for some devices

2. FrostyDanny posted on yesterday, 23:41 0 0

Moto take way to long to update its devicss

3. mas11 posted on yesterday, 23:41 0 0

It's difficult to deal with updates. A rule of thumb is stick with Nexus phones or a manufacture's flagship device.

7. 14545 posted on yesterday, 23:49 0 0

Wasn't the A2 a flagship at one point? Either way, until google tears down that "wall" moto will still continue to suck.

15. KingKurogiii posted on 1 hour ago 0 0

no, it certainly wasn't. the Atrix 2 was a mid range device on AT&T's line-up. Moto's flagships went from the Atrix to the Bionic to the Razr series and now the Razr HD series.

4. sportsinger75 posted on yesterday, 23:44 1 0

A pretty darn stable official ICS rom for the ATRIX 2 showed up months ago at XDA and I had used it for quite some time before selling the phone and never once had an issue... They should have released at least that update by now.

5. XPERIA-KNIGHT posted on yesterday, 23:46 1 0

its obvious they are focusing on fulfilling the promise of the new line up.....if they fail to deliver there it will be hell to pay..... so cant blame them about that

8. Droid_X_Doug posted on yesterday, 23:50 1 0

Once the handset is sold, it becomes yesterday's news. The manufacturer is always looking to future sales. Bad news for owners of the handsets not getting the ICS love, though.

9. XPERIA-KNIGHT posted on yesterday, 23:53 1 0

its not that they wont be getting no love at all......just not right now lol

11. Droid_X_Doug posted on 1 hour ago 1 0

If no love now, love in the future is even more problematic.

He loves me; he loves me not....

19. XPERIA-KNIGHT posted on 1 hour ago 1 0

lol.......well hopefully they will deliver on both promises

I have a question here, if I flashed a device with a custom ROM, will it be sim-unlocked?

23. antmiu2 posted on 39 min ago 0 0

no, but you can simply buy a unlock code for about 3 bucks on ebay

25. neutralguy posted on 12 min ago 0 0

ohh, okay :) THANKS! do you think, any carrier would give me a free unlock code if I asked them one?

10. BattleBrat posted on yesterday, 23:58 2 0

I wonder when the RAZR will get JellyBean......

13. g2a5b0e posted on 1 hour ago 0 0

I've been wondering that myself. The only phones Motorola has slated for Jellybean are the newest 3. The Razr & Razr Maxx almost seem like no-brainers for JB considering how well they sold, but with Motorola, you never know. One also has to wonder about the Atrix HD. I think they're really dropping the ball here.

20. KingKurogiii posted on 1 hour ago 1 0

Motorola has actually slated that most of their 2011 line-up will get the JB treatment. that may be why select devices have "further plans coming soon"

PFT: Gabbert slowed by?hurt 'butt muscle'

Chandler Jones, Kevin KolbAP

We mentioned earlier in the week this was a big weekend for the Jones family, as?Jon defends his UFC light heavyweight belt tonight, while Chandler and Arthur face off in tomorrow night?s Patriots-Ravens game.

But the struggles they?ve faced throughout life, and continue to, makes their story about more than an athletic coincidence.

?All of this hasn?t dawned on me yet,? Jon Jones told Alex Marvez of FoxSports.com about his family?s success. ?We?re all still at the very young stages of our careers. I have this thing where I?m really big against complacency, so I don?t want accept the attitude like, ?We did it!? because we haven?t done it yet. Things could go wrong. You?re on top of the world one year and the next you?re borrowing money.

?I think there?s much more to come, but I am really happy for my parents. They can look at this being a success story at this point.?

Arthur II and Camille Jones? boys have made names for themselves, after struggling through tragedies in their younger years, and fighting to make things easier for their parents.

Their oldest sister Carmen died of brain cancer at age 18, and all helped with her care during her struggle.

Now, they?re paying back their mother for the years she looked after them.

Camille Jones has lost almost all her sight because of complications of diabetes. She?s also on dialysis and awaits a kidney transplant.

Chandler?s paying for her medical insurance, while Jon?s hired a nurse and a chef to help their parents, who moved them out of a rough neighborhood to the small town of Endicott, N.Y. as children. ?I remember my dad telling our family we were going so we could have a better life,? Jon said.

Their parents will be in Toronto for Jon?s fight tonight, then head to Baltimore to see the other two. And for all they?ve been through, they try to keep things in perspective.

?Life hasn?t changed that much,? Arthur Jones II said. ?People at the church are very happy for me, but there?s no big brouhaha of, ?That?s Mr. Jones. He?s a famous dad.?

With Jon one of the top fighters in the world, and Chandler emerging as a contributor for the Patriots as a first-round pick, that could be changing, soon.

But as impressive is the way the family has banded together for each other.

Injured Matyushenko calls Hamill?s win a ?weak fight?

Matt Hamill's return to the Octagon was less than thrilling. Hamill may have won his first post-retirement bout with a decision over Roger Hollett, but he didn't win many fans with the slow, plodding bout. The crowd at UFC 152 in Toronto booed the bout, and the fight was panned on social media.

One of the notable tweets about how boring the fight was came from UFC fight Vladimir Matyushenko:

At one point, it was supposed to be Matyushenko in the cage with Hamill. The fight that was originally made for UFC 152 was Hamill vs. Hollett. However, Hollett was still under contract with Bellator. Matyushenko stepped in to fight Hamill, but then tore his Achilles' tendon in training. Hollett had his contract situation cleared up, and was brought back into fight Hamill.

But even with his torn tendon, Matyushenko thought he could still bring a better fight than the one he saw on Saturday night.
