Since the 25th of November I have been an elf for health. It?s a 6 week challenge developed by @nutrionella and @LeanGrnBeanBlog where you are paired with another elf, the objective being to support each other in maintaining our health through the holiday period.
There are daily challenges and what I like most about this challenge, is it?covers all areas of your health for example, eating, fitness, being kind to others, taking some time out for yourself etc
?
Every 2 weeks you are paired with a new elf, so I?m now on my 3rd and final elf @ReganJonesRD whilst still in touch with my previous 2 elves. It?s been fun getting to know my elves and all the other elves, we started off around the 600 mark and there are now over 900 of us, not bad going!

Yesterdays?s challenge was to note down 20 things that we are grateful for. As the image above says, life is not perfect but I?m still grateful for the many blessings that I have. So this challenge was a good way to sit down and take stock.

I thought I?d share with you all my top 6:
?
- ?Life which enables me to experience all that I am thankful for.
- My family. Looking forward to one of my daughters turning 4 years old this Sunday.
- ?My awesome friends, a great support network whom I view as family.
- ?Good health of me and my family, something not to be taken for granted.
- ?A roof over my head.
- ?Working in an area that I am truly passionate about.

What are you thankful for in your life right now? Don?t be shy! Thanks for commenting.
